Your Initial Assessment includes a full history as well as a complete head to hoof physical to establish a baseline for your horse. Please book an initial consultation if this is your first time using our services or haven't visited us in more than six months. Thank you. Travel charges will apply for locations beyond 30km's from the Crossfield town limits.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes we need a little flexibility... As a courtesy to our staff and other clients who may be waiting for appointments, we ask that you provide us with sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the slot to another client. For any same day changes, please call. We reserve the right to charge you the full amount for the missed appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if necessary to ensure that we can serve our other clients on time. Any accounts overdue will not be able to book future sessions until they're up to date. Please note that we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you in these situations. However, repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in our inability to continue offering our services to you.
