The alternative equine bodywork therapy may not be appropriate for all horses. Horses with certain medical conditions or injuries may not be suitable candidates for all services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or injuries that your horse may have, and we reserve the right to refuse service if we believe that our therapy may be a contraindication to the health of your horse.

We make no guarantees or promises regarding the results of our therapy. The effectiveness of our therapy may vary depending on the individual horse and their unique circumstances.  Each session will be tailored to the specific needs of each horse at any given time including shortening or lengthening the duration of the session, using a variety of techniques such as

Terms & Conditions

Rewind Equine offers alternative equine body work therapy services to support the overall well-being of your horse. Our services are designed to complement traditional veterinary care, but they should not replace it.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition.

  1. Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice or missed appointments.

  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of the appointment, unless a different payment arrangement has been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments. Payment is non-refundable, and there are no refunds or exchanges for services rendered.

  3. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your horse during our therapy sessions, we are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of our services. You assume all risks associated with the therapy and agree to hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your use of our services.

  4. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will not disclose any confidential information about you or your horse to any third party without your express permission, except as required by law.

  5. Indemnification:  You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from your use of our services.

  6. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, by updating this page on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
